Eastern Shore Hospitality Group (ESHG) is the business management division of Mid-Atlantic Hospitality Group.
We don't just consult or advise — we also create and operate. We sought out, acquired, re-branded and operated (what became) Cooper's Tavern, giving us firsthand, current knowledge of the challenges restaurant owners face every day. We took over this site (under a different brand name) at less than $600k annually, hemorrhaging cash, and with an unguided management staff and team. This real-world experience is what sets our guidance apart. Re-branding during the pandemic, we established our brand, realized a customer transformation, re-engineered menu offerings, and gained the trust of the community. Divesting the location in early 2026, we 'finished up 2025' at just over $1.5MM.
